Differential Diagnosis?
KOEO
31 - PFE/EVP circuit below 0.24 minimum volts.
29 - Insuficient input from speed sensor.
41 - HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean; right side.
63 - TPS Circuit below minimum 0.6 volts
18 - IDM Circuit failure or SPOUT circuit grounded
KOER
31 - See above; intermitent
41 - HEGO switching defect always lean; right side.
77 - System failed to recognize WOT during dynamic response test.
Whew! Lots of codes. Not sure what could be going wrong here. Relays? Bad computer? Trash the truck? Help!

Ya got a few but often one will cause a snow ball effect.
I'd start with 18 - IDM Circuit failure or SPOUT circuit grounded, correct that one and then see what effect it if any has on some of the others.
Now seams to me last time we had that code on my sons bronco, someone correct me if I'm wrong, I tested the circuit for continuity to ground both ways from the spout port (key off and On if I remember right?), when I found it didn't have it I replaced the IDM.
That corrected that problem, I do not recall if it had other codes included with it, I do not think it did.
Need to look up the others a minute, might be something like share a loose common ground issue perhaps. Not to often several sensors will die at or near the same time.
Posting in the OP or write up a sig including it, your trucks year , engine displacement and trans options etc etc would be handy for those trying to help you.
'89, believe it has both a speed sensor and rabs sensor (rabs at rear axle).
Check clean verify solid clean connections at sensor at rear of transfer case, (piggy backed on side of speedo cable output?).
41 - HEGO switching detect always lean;<strike> right side.</strike> only one 02 sensor
Any vacuum leaks? Trunk and maybe its fuel tank kinda rusty? How old is the fuel filter?
EVP and TP do not share a ground (used as an example), best way to dope them out would be a service manual. A Haynes for example fully covers testing of all the sensors and their circuits.
I can and will post the procedures for you if you do not have/can not get a manual easy enough.
Regardless be sure and check all connections, make sure all connectors/connections are clean dry and fully locked.
