for the five wires in the brake controller plug on a 95 250 and don't have time this morning to search. I thought I had them but I guess not. I know the white is the ground and the green is to the light but I need the blue, red and small black. I am wiring this tho a Tekonsha Voyager which has only a red, blue, black and white. Thanks.
You should be able to figure them out with a voltmeter if you have one. One wire will be hot (12V) all the time (maybe just with the key on, I'm not sure how Ford wired it), one will be hot with the brake pedal, one is ground, and one goes to the brake pin on the trailer plug at the back of the truck. Pay special attention to the brake controller wires because the colors likely won't match - white is ground, black is positive, red is brake light, and blue is out to the trailer best I remember, but I'm sure you know those. Good luck, and sorry I couldn't give you a plug and play answer.
Have you checked Tekonsha's web site. When I installed my prodigy it seemed like they had some very helpful pages. I am not sure how close they will be but I can look up the colors when I get home in about an hour and tell you what they are for a 93.
OK This is how my 93 is wired with the factory trailor breake plug found under the middle of the dash......
