Hmm... don't know. I don know Ford would have a marketing dilema on its hands if it started offering them in the F150 as the base engine.
The base 4.0l (Naturally Aspirated) straight six makes more power (242hp) and almost as much torque (285lb ft) as the 2V 4.6.
Not to mention more torque at lower rpm, smoother, quieter, more fuel efficient...
Oh and it bolts straight up to a T56 manual transmission...
