High Tach
Here in north georgia my local parts supplier has an oil additive called HIGH-TACH. It is somewhat like that engine treatment in the silver can w/ the pull tab (can't remember the name of that stuff). It seems to help a little with mileage and has really cleaned up the oil at change time, is this available in your area and if it is do you use it? Curious about your $.02

I have never heard of it, have no data on it, but it does show up in one of my online reference spots, about half way down the page.

It shows to be an oil stabilizer. If so, it won't show any mpg differences. You also wouldn't need anything like it using todays modern motor oils. If you need a quick reference guide to the manufacturers of oil related products, might want to bookmark this page.
