installing?!

after buying a new muffler should i pay someone to do it or is it pretty easy to install yourself? btw i own a sport trac

The muffler usually needs to be welded to the pipes...If you're good at welding, do it yourself. Otherwise, pay someone...should cost more than $50-100 to install.
