- All new 2005-Model Ford Car, SUV, Truck (through F-350) and E-Series (through E-350) excluding Ford GT, Mustang and Escape Hybrid.
- Customers must take retail delivery between July 6, 2005 through August 1, 2005. The sales price will be the "A" Plan price identified on the factory invoice. Dealership participation is voluntary.

GM has already announced they will extend their program, with a few notable tweaks
