cut your muffler off and dump it.
Headers made my exhaust a little quieter, mellower. Right now i have a flowmaster 40 SISO, and MAC equal length headers. I will be installing a flowmaster 2.5in/3.0out Y-pipe and 3" warlock muffler. The warlock has a bypass cap, so it's basically a built in cut-out.
There's tons of things to do to make it loud, gut the cats, get rid of the cats, true duals, true duals into glasspacks or something similar.
