you can get an adapter to run the eaton m90 (i think), the adapter (lower plenum) is on ebay.

There used to be another company that made a supercharger kit for the truck, but apparantly it sucked.

I know a few people who have custom made there turbo kits, pushing MUCH MORE RWHP than a stock Lightning, for 2500 or less. it just depends on your resources and mechanical ability.

yeah, they used to sell the vortec SC for our trucks. One of the guys on that site, has the 4.2 v6 and he just recently redesigned his setup. His old pieces are for sale, too....

The SC for our enignes are over priced and not very efficient. I helped my buddy fab a turbo for his 4.2 engine he had the most hp and tq of any 4.2L in the world, until he tried to push the boost up to somewhere around 20lbs. Our engines and gaskets can handle 400hp that's it. There are a couple of guys right now selling off their old turbo parts since they revamped the idea and went a different route. There is a turbo for sale and all of the tubing for like $500 right now. If you need anymore info let me know and I'll show you the ropes.

klepy ran 17psi on his stock block. I have no idea why anyone would even try this. But he put out 376/499 on 13psi, which was safe.

Crammy's setup is on sale for about $500, it includes almost everything, just need a the IC to TB piping, and BOV, and maybe a few other small details. Hmmm...maybe i should buy it.
