This is my first time on your site -- I hope someone can help me. I'm trying to get my cruise control to work. I got this van used and it has never worked. The horn worked for a while but not past the first day. Also, the air bag light flashes 3.2. There is an air bag in there and I can't find any loose connections. From your forum, someone said it may be the clockspring but my repair manual doesn't tell me what that is.
Thanks for any input anyone can give me.

The clockspring is a ribbon cable under the airbag which is used to operate the horn and cruise control. This sounds like your prob. but may not be. I would assume that you have checked all relevant fuses.
If you have to change the clockspring, here are the directions I used:
I believe I was also getting a code 32 before I fixed mine using the instructions here.
These are the basic instructions: Disconnect battery Let sit for at least an hour to discharge current, Remove airbag (deep 8 or 10 mm socket req'd) carefully unplugging wire connector, Remove steering wheel and steering column cover (left side). Do the steering wheel slowly and carefully, it's aluminum and the puller can pull the threads right out of the holes before the wheel comes free. Unplug the upper wires from the spring. Unscrew the screws holding the clockspring in place. Unplug the other end of the clockspring wires from under the dash. (Follow the harness) Remove the clockspring. You may have trouble with the wire leading to the ignition switch, (it is the "Left Key In" alarm sensing connection). Wind up the replacement spring as indicated on the front of the unit. Reverse procedure to install.
Thank you for your advice. Yes, I did check fuses. I also have a little problem with my ignition switch in that it is loose on the outside where you put the key in. Could that have anything to do with the cruise/horn/air bag problem?
Also when dealing with airbags or anything electrical, after disconecting the battery, sit in the vehicle with the brakes applied for about 5-10mins. This will drain any resiudal charge in the system safely without any chance of harm to the PCM.
