Rust Prep before Line-X?
I have a 77 F150. The bed floor has rust, but no holes. From what I can tell the metal is still strong as well. I can't poke through the rust or even dent it for that matter. I'm wanting to have the bed lined but I don't want to have them line over the rust. I figure using a rust converter to kill it is a must, but is there anything else I need to do before I have the shop put Line-X in? I'm thinking POR-15 or Rust Bullet before I have it lined would be overkill, but I could be wrong. I want to make sure it never rusts under the bed liner, but I also want to make sure I don't waste my money by doing too much if a liner is gonna seal it anyway. Thank you very much for any help.
