05 Replacing Black Plastic Trim.
I really do not like all the black plastic trim they put on vehicles these days. Stuff just ends up looking bad over time, even with lots of care.
SO with the new SD I would like to replace as much as possible. Telescopic Mirrors, Front AIr Dam, bumper pieces, even the black trim on the chrome steps. ANyone know any good sources for high quality replacement parts. Material should be stainless , alum, diamond plate, or be paintable to match factory body?

I see you spent a few bucks at billetbadges.com. Steve does great work there. I got a few badges also. I like the tailgate handle on the inside did you do that or have it done. I just added stainless pinch weld covers. Also where did you get your mirror covers and front valence under the bumper.

Get the TFP Mirror Covers. They are better than Putco.

Check E-bay for chrome covers for mirrors & door handles. Paint the rest of the stuff... except maybe the step pads on the nerf bars. You don't want a slick surface there!
