Seat belt light flashing code

Seat belt light flashing code
1994 F-150 4x4 the seat belt light is flashing a code 32. The check engine light isn't on. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix?

Is it the seat belt light or the air bag light? As far as I know the seat belt light isn't hooked to anything but the seatbelt.... IT shouldn't flash. BTW the seatbelt light is RED. I think you mean the airbag light, it's AMBER. 32 is a bad clockspring, does your horn work? The airbag light and check engine light are on seperate computers.

on a '94 the seatbelt and airbag are the same light.
Yes 32 is typically the clockspring and often the horn nor cruise will work.
Its a dealer only item at about $100 and you will need to disassemble the steeringwheel. Search on clockspring and I'm sure you will find the replacement procedure.
