Is it the seat belt light or the air bag light? As far as I know the seat belt light isn't hooked to anything but the seatbelt.... IT shouldn't flash. BTW the seatbelt light is RED. I think you mean the airbag light, it's AMBER. 32 is a bad clockspring, does your horn work? The airbag light and check engine light are on seperate computers.
on a '94 the seatbelt and airbag are the same light.
Yes 32 is typically the clockspring and often the horn nor cruise will work.
Its a dealer only item at about $100 and you will need to disassemble the steeringwheel. Search on clockspring and I'm sure you will find the replacement procedure.
