What is super cooling option???
You didn't mention the motor size,but,I'm sure it means you got the biggest radiator available for that model.Look at the radiator support to see if the mounting holes used are the outward most set,indicating the large wide core radiator.

Phillip, did they put that on the factory trailer package too? My uncle has a 1992 F-150 4x4/300/e4od and he has the same radiator as my 93. Although I have the 302 and trailer pkg.

Ford ranger
My 94 ranger never even hits the N in normal on the temp gauge I know it works and it’s not just faulty cause when my water pump went my gauge rose past the N but I’m not sure if my ranger has the super cooling option I have 343,XXX Miles I think it’s due to how cool this truck runs I love my 2.3!
