P0135 - Bank 1 upstream (only ones that matter) O2 Sensor heater circuit malfunction. Passenger side on a v-engine (where cylinder 1 is) and you have no choice on the I4. Check the wiring to the O2. Someway or another, the computer is not sensing proper operating temp from the O2 sensor. This DOES NOT necessarily mean toss the O2 as some will do "just because".
P0301 - Cylinder 1 misfire. Check the plug, if that's bad, replace 'em all then. If that's not it, check the coil pack. Hopefully, it's not a intake/head gasket leak of some sort fouling things up, but that's what the plug check may indicate.
Engine info would help, since some engines may have quirks that are associated with such issues.
