location of ECU code

I need some help. I have a 2000 F 350 V10. I am thinking of instaling a Banks Engineering OTTOMIND. The Banks rep asked me for the ECU code. He said it is a 3 letter, 1 number code. Where do I find this code at???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

My truck is a '90 and the code was located by the drivers door hinge/windsheild pillar area. Dont really know about the new ones.

You mean Banks couldn't tell you where to locate it? Scary.
