I just remembered that Wal-mart sells a headlight buzzer for super cheap, that would work as a oil pressure buzzer.

I put 2 1/16" manifold pressure and pyrometer gauges in Autometer cups on the dash just to the drivers side of the old speaker hole and ran the wire down through the speaker grill.

This works great for me.. I cut a hole with a dremel tool and the tach holds tight with no screws..

Has anyone here replaced all the plastic parts on the dash with a steel (painted, stainless, or diamond plate) panel and inserted all new gauges. I've been seriously considering doing this to my truck, kinda like my old CJ5 had. This way I could put in exactly the gauges I wanted, where I wanted.

There have been many creative solutions posted, I like the look of a stock pod with the gauges I want. I gutted an old dash pod, mounted the gauges and LED's and wired up to the harness. Everything works well but I think I'm going to do it again and use metal for the backing so I have one open space instead of three and sink the tach in with the rest.
