London or Barrie works for me.
I only get Sundays off except for when the AC Delco meet is on at Cayuga.

All right Matt, here's my reply...

With all the talk of hand holding and such... I don't know why you aren't over run with replies...

Seriously though... one big meet for everyone, or split it up a little to shorten the distance for some?

Say maybe a Northern Ontario vs. Southern Ontario?

We should put a rough plan in place sooner than later... people may need some lead time to put a weekend aside.

Several minutes east of the truck show on Dundas Street (in London) is an A & W restaurant (I think) next to a Canadian Tire parking lot. Maybe this would be a suitable location for a formal/informal get together on Saturday night? There is a cruise night at this location every Sunday night, so that's why I suggest Saturday.

In fact you are north for me in fact I think I am the most southern person on here in Ontario unless anyone has a computer in Lake Erie on thier boat (poweren with a Ford )

But I will try to make any meets that are in my area

Well London is not that far away...

Not that far south? Compared to other people in northern Ontario I am really south. Take a look at this map: http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp...De2D2iJg%3d%3d

The star is Sarnia...compare that to ALL of Ontario.

FERGUS sounds interesting. Big trucks, little trucks & lots of chrome!
Dundas St. in London on Sunday would give FTE an opportunity to show the grocery getter crowd a thing or 2. Are their web sites as big as FTE? Do they have well over 100,00 members? I doubt it !!!
OOORRRRRR, for the members that have to travel a little further to get there, gawkin' at the local hot rods would be an added bonus!
The AC Delco/Hooters meet has the Night of Fire thing on July 30. I take the kids there every year, so that's where I'll be that weekend.

Beast12--------You really can't get farther south than me I am right at the lowest tip of Ontario..... If I drive for about 10 min. and go into Point Pelee than I can stand on the very farthest that you can get (on the mainland) in Ontario. If you look on the map you posted I am right about at the top of the "a" in Lansing.........yo might even see me waving look really close....

Dennis, that link has all 2004 dates. A quick google search comes up with August 20-21 for 2005 dates. I'll probably go again. Too bad it's the same weekend as Moparfest cause I know my buddy will have his Dodge in that show again and will want me to come. Maybe I'll just hit both.

Hey Beast,
Red Ford Truck was down to my place last weekend and we were thinking of heading up to the Arthur show in August. He was there last year and said it was a good time. The London show sounds good as well but is busy time for me, may be able to make it but no promises. These are both South shows about a month apart. Could use the 1st to spring up the interest for the second. I like the meet at A&W or Canadian Tire idea.

take er easy

I see someone's spent some time on "Unemployment Beach".
Went there once myself just before I bought my 55 Nomad in Kingsville.

Actually Dealford I have lived here all my life. Only live about 5 min. from the beach and my inlaws live about 30 sec. away from it. I have a few friends in Kingsville. Nice to know that someone actually knows this area, most people never even heard of Leamington.......Always have to relate it to Windsor..........
