You will need to unplug the wiring harnnes from the back of the switch, on some year trucks there is a stud with a nut in the middle of the plug. Then turn your key to acc and use a paper clip and push in the small hole at the bottom of the key, this will remove the tumbers. On my 68 the front unscrews from the switch, on my 66 you have to push the switch and turn to unlock it from the chrome bezel in front. Hope this helps.
