LOL...been there, done that. Especially when it was a vehicle I'd never worked on before. There's not a thing wrong with that.
Thanks for all the info, I will make it a point to purchase a couple of books and possible the subscription on line. These useful articles may keep the more expirenced mechanics from poking fun of the freshman here asking about changing breaks lolo. I'm hoping to keep the ol truck for another 10 years and in hopes by that time I will know the in and outs on her. She just tuned 100000 and she pulls the 18' skeeter like a mule pulling a little red wagon. Next to the wife, wait I kinda feel like the PSD comes first anymore. lolo
skeeter... that's the best thing about these mules... the way they pull..! i used to pull a 26' camper that wieghed 6k... i hardly knew it was behind me...! and the new 28' 5ver weighs 10k..... you know it's there... just because it takes a lot to slow her down... but my 02 blue mule pulls it with no problems...! one thing though... if you don't have them yet.... get some gauges...!
JOHNNY8,
I've been reading all of the forums about the gauges for trans, exaust, and etc. I only pull the boat for short distances I live about .2 miles from the lake. However I do go on road trips to lakes and just the other day I hauled 1000 board feet of lumber in the bed of my PSD. The formen at the lumber co. said $$$$ no chev. could do that. Concidering that what gauges would be bennifitial and I have some questions about running a stack too.
