Mustang takes second!!!!
Hi, I took the 68 vert and the wifes 95 BOSS vert to the mustang and ford show last weekend I have the interior apart in my 68 so I didn't have it judged but the wife put hers in the competition wnet through all of the judgeing and lost 4 points (1)non ford battery (2) non ford fanbelt (3)non ford airfilter (4)BFGoodrich tires instead of Goodyear eagles so with the loss of 4 points she came away with an 18" high trophy for second place she got beat by a 98 Saleen who lost 3 points this was for all 94-98 mustangs cobras saleens mcLarens G/Ts and reg. mustangs there were about 35-40 cars there in her class. I have now replaced all the vinyl seat covers and rear side upholstery due to age and cracking this was all original interior and exterior on this car was garaged since new so it was in good shape just taken over by age!!!! John
