I'll see what I can do. One thing about the military (and Abilene ) is I get to see some folks do some of the dumbest things going. I have done some dumb crap myself in my almost 27 years LOL.
Jake, it doesn't have to be a ford blunder or a truck blunder I'm sure we have all started out with X-brands and have all done stupid stuff I was just curious as to how dumb we can be and still survive!!!! John
John, There are some really dumb people out there. I had one guy try to tell me that all he had to do to change his truck from two wheel drive to four wheel drive was change the bearings. He was serious. Needless to say, the conversation did not continue too much further. Lol.
Brad, I don't think that it is too stupid. I agree that I may not be too happy to brag about the stupid things that I have done but it sure is entertaining to swap stories. I am sure that one way or another, other people will learn from our experiences. It is just like hanging out, having a few beers and rapping with others. Once one person starts, there is always someone to follow up with something good. Misery does like company, and laughing is healthy. Lol.
Hey Guys,
I was refering to I guess I can do some stupid things and still survive. I was not trying to say that exchanging stories such as ours is stupid. I think it is a great way to learn and to help keep folks from making some of the mistakes we have done.
Have a good one!
Well I for one will never look down the throat of a big q-jet again when the cam is bad and I have a dimwit in the seat with the engine running!!!! LOL its good to be able to laugh about it some people make these kinds of mistakes and dont get to laugh later It gives you a whole lot to think about before you crawl under the car or truck!!! And Brad I knew you had the touch every dead post you put something in comes back to life you are the reviver of the dead posts!!!!
John
Hey John,
Thats my Job! I tend to be that way with my vehicles too! If I hadn't bought my truck it would probably have wound up in the junkyard with all the little things that were wrong with it. lol. Talk to you later!
