They might be the best plugs in the world. But in a stock 4.2 I can't see spending the extra $$. For what?
Heck, I went to using copper plugs at 90 cents each. They work great.
My wife's mitsubishi came stock with those plugs, and it's no different than any other car I've had. Get platinum Motorcraft, or go with the copper core plugs at about $1 each.
Do a search here for Denso or combination of Denso, plugs, platinum, etc.
