Leaking cab?

My 88 F150 back passenger side leaks when it rains. The seatbelt gets wet and water is seen on the floor. Where are the possible locations that water could seep through to do this? The gutter seam and the seam of the wall and roof panels looks cracked, could that seep water down to that location? What type of sealant could be used for this?
Thanks for any ideas!

The best thing I could tell you to do is get a helper and you get in the cab and have your helper spray the suspected areas with a garden hose. Take the nozzle off where its just lots of water flowing easily out of the hose. Work the hose slowly around till you see the water start coming in. You should be able to find like this. Good luck!

Check the light fixture for the bed, just above your rear window. If these leak, it can travel all over the back end and appear to come from many different places. Ford doesn't sell the seal only, so if you want to do it right, you'll have to buy the whole light fixture, $50-$60. Otherwise, pull the thing apart, coat the foam gasket with silicone and put it back together.

Good Luck,

Paul
