Herculiner
My honest opinion on any bedliner ... They had their day . Ive never seen one that didnt chafe and wear the paint away on the inside of the bed which in turn leaves a place for rust to start . Ive seen a few sprayed on bedliners which cost a little more but the overall benefit is worth the extra cost . They can even be applied over the rails for added protection . The only one that comes to mind is Rhino Liner . They are Polyurethane and can be sprayed on up to 1/4 thick and even in matching colors and are guranteed for as long as you own the truck ...I dont know of too many bed liners that offer that .

Mtruck96,
We used Herculiner, in the tub of my jeep,it went on easy it seems to be staying where we put it and it has a decent finish. I spent about $125 by the time I bought stripper sand paper, etc, but the kit comes with everything you need. I just wanted to prep it a little better. On the other hand I dont know how it would look in the sun lit larger area of a truck bed(it wouldnt be bad but I dont know about show quality). In the bed of my F250(long bed) I went with a company called Diamond Coating it was about $350 with all holes in the bed patched, and all prep etc, it took about a 1/2 a day, it looks great, and came with a 5 year warranty. Look around in your area the competition has gotten tough in this market and Rhino Linings,(although very high quality) isnt the only game in town any longer. The resulting prices have come way down from a few years ago. For a durable liner though the Herculiner seems to be doing its job, even in the high wear areas(like where I put my tools and recovery gear bag). Later,
Jeff

I don't know much about the durability of the roll on Herculiner and when coupled with prepartion it doesn't seem like a real bargain. I had a sprayed on Rhino Liner in my last truck and absolutely loved it. The problem with them is that their price is now in the $500 neighborhood. I just got a new truck and I am going to try a similar coating called AMAR. I found a guy that will do a short box for $275 and it only takes two hours. Tpye AMAR Coatings into a search engine to find a dealer near you.
