A few people suggested changing the IPR o-rings so I went ahead and did that today to no avail. I started looking at the tach and it would only register intermittently while cranking. A few hours ago I bought a CPS from my local International dealer and installed it. I took the truck for a drive to get it up to temps, turned it off, and when I went to turn it back on, it cranked for a while but it fired up. Before it would just crank, crannk, crannnk, crannnnk, dead. I'm hoping this fixed the problem. I'll keep everyone posted if this fix is here to stay.

Sounds like what happened to my rig a few weeks ago. I would stop for fuel, get back in and wouldn't start. Replaced both batteries but it turned out to be a weak starter.
