My HPOP reservoir is still draining out and causing hard start after a couple days of sitting. It loses a little more than 1"/day when sitting. I just replaced the check valve ball and o-ring. I did not replace the seat because I don't think its possible to get it out. Is there anything else that would cause the HPOP to drain out?
It only smokes a little on start up - not much at all. I replaced the injector o-rings about 1 year ago.
When I replaced the check valve I dropped the new ball in and filled the rest of the cavity with oil (no spring or plug) and let it sit. The next day it was still full. Didn't lose a drop, so spring pressure should not be the problem. Then I replaced the spring and plug. If it sits for a couple days it still drains out.............
