Windshield washer clogged?

Windshield washer clogged?
The windshield washer nozzle on the drivers side seems to be clogged up. I can't get it to spray anything on the windshield. I can't tell if it's clogged or the hose has a problem. How can I get to it to clean it out? Where does the hose run so I can check it? Any advice on how to get this thing working would be appreciated. The passenger side one seems to work fine. I filled the tank with new fluid, didn't help!

Actually, I had the same problem with mine. I took the cowling off (around the windshield wipers) and unhooked the washer hose, completely blew out the hose and nozzles and then reassembled it. The nozzles were really plugged up tight. It took several tries with pressure from the garden hose to get them all cleaned out. It's a pretty easy task.
