Glow plug Harness

The ol gal is getting harder and harder to start cold, and i would like to do plugs and controller. I noticed before starting, that the harness ends at the glow plug have all chunked off, and such. Dealer wants a fortune for a new harness. can i reuse the old one, or do i need new? I dont want to pull the plugs until i get a for sure...lol

Dont see why you couldnt crimp on new connectors and use the old harness.

You could use crimp connectors or use a double layer of shrink tube over the old ones, if the metal is still intack but the insulator is gone.

a standard female bullet crimp will fit the plugs. ive been quite unlucky this year with glowplug and fuel issues. one wire snaps off the plug every time it seems.
