glow plugs again
Okay I replaced the funky autolites gps with Motorcraft/Berus. That went along fine. I also replaced the relay (solenoid)the old one had a crack in the bakelite. I still do not get the desired results. I then disconnected the white wire and hooked up a bybass and still nothing. Should the clicking sound be heard when I hit the switch? Some of the gps insulators crumbled. There are three that have no insulation. Is this the problem. Please help!

You're talking about the contecters that sit on top of the glow plugs right.... if so you have to fix it so they have a good conection with the glow plugs. other wise its like you only have 5 good glow plugs so it going to act weird.
