Where is the DLC?

Where is the DLC?
I have a Hypertech Power Programmer sitting here waiting to be plugged into my truck, but I have no clue where the DLC is located. Do I even have one? I feel like a moron for asking this, but I am used to going under the dash and seeing a connection on other vehicles. I don't see anything like that on my truck. 98 4WD XLT Off-road. Can someone tell me where to look???

The DLC plug can have a cover over it that may need to be pried off.
As I noted, on your '98 the DLC should right be under the dash, driver's side. Look for it just to the left of the hood-release lever.
The PCM is not what you are looking for.

I found it. I didn't realize it was molded into the dash. I was looking under all that stuff. My fault for always thinking it has to be more difficult than it really is.
