DlC ground location
So I gotta scanner from harbor freight the professional series. And it wouldn't power on in my 96 f250 7.3. So I used my dmm and found a 2.4v voltage drop on the ground. So where is this ground located ? And Dos anyone have a dlc pin diagram ?

Ooooooooo. Ok cool thanks looks like I had the wrong wire for power there one clue to the puzzle

Ok I'm still getting too must resistance on pin #4. Where is this located ?

Alrighty I cleaned that ground and replaced a fuss and the scanner got power and worked. BUT the scanner wouldn't read live data and made my 7.3 run horrible, so I'm going to return it
