ford says i have 50 psi fuel pressure and it holds?? wot icp gets to 39% loaded

 

From what I have read and learned lately, Ford reports fuel pressure range OK from 45 to 60 psi. Most people find it runs better at a higher range of 60 to 75psi. You could always do the FPR shim mod to achieve this for not much money and trouble. A 3/16" bb works well for some, but I like the use of a #4-40 cap screw, and insert the threads into the end of the spring before putting the spring back into the cup.

 

ok you guys i am a ford diesel tech the answer to the p1211 is that with a chip it can be set as the fuel supply can not be delivered to the cylinder heads when engine demands that much power this code will be set as the pcm can not controll the high psi oil anymore

 

messure fuel pressure, and try erasing sodes. drive her and see if it comes back or not.

most vehicles should be self clearing once the problem is gone, but some vehicles take a few weeks or several hundred miles. some never do clear them selves either. so you need to try something,.
