Wiring harness

I have a 1997 Ford F-350 Powerstroke Diesel
Today I took off one of the wiring harness plugs that plug into the dome cover. One of the plugs were melted. Do I have to replace the whole wiring harness or can i replace the plug? If so how much would it be?

Here are some part numbers that will help ya. I'm pretty sure you can replace the plugs on the main harness. I have no clue on prices though.

Valve Cover Harness Repair Kits (contains 4 hard shells w/seals, w/o terminals)
