Will it come out of 4 high under load?
I was under the impression that the torque bind would keep it engaged. If it doesn't I should go to the strip. I've been hesitant about running 90 mph in 4wd.

I've flipped the speedo needle many a time and kept it there while still in 4x4, it hasn't hurt it to this date...IMO it is harmless, as long as you are in 4x4 HIGH. Low will overheat the case.

I missed my chance.
My wifes family are all Mopar nuts. My brother in law drives a Ram with the Hemi. I screwed up and let him go for a ride with me just after I bought my Predator. At a stop light, I switched it into 4 high. I wound it up to 2000, dumped the brakes and floored it. Now he does not want to race me. My truck takes off like a rocket. The power braking makes a world of difference.
