I am right up on refrigerant. I think that the switch was just bad. I will replace it tonight and see. Thanks for the help.

Well, I picked one up from the zone and it did not make a proper seal. So I returned it and got one from Checkers that came with a o-ring. It worked great, I had to add some more freon because I lost a bunch when the schrader valve gave way. Now my a/c works good and cold! Thanks for the help!

Im having problems with my A/C aswell I'll turn it on and hot air will come out instead of cool hopefully just need charging anyone else have this problem if so what did you to fix it????

Read the the Post that "MuckyPaws" wrote. I tried what he suggested and had the same results as "Kameronth". I went today and bought a new switch and a couple of cans of freon just incase mine is a little low too. Kameronth replaced his switch and that fixed his problem, hoipefully that will fix mine too. I'll let you know.

There is a white hose on your truck that controls the vacuum. It is located on the fire wall above the blower. Check it for leaks, it cracks, and could be the cause of your specific problem.

IT WORKS !!!!! I replaced the Low Pressure switch and the compressor cuts on and off by itself, and its blowing about 50 degrees out of the vents. Thank You for you post "MuckyPaws" & "Kameronth". I owe you both a lunch or dinner if your ever in San Antonio.
