replacement dash...

Anyone know where I can get a new replacement dash for a 1981 F100 Custom?

replacement dash...

i have used a company called coverlay. they make a thin "skin" that fits over dash and they make door panels also. they used to advertise in magazines and on the shadetree mechanic.

they are out of San Angelo Texas. about 80 miles from me. The Phone number is 1-800-633-7090. I am about to order a dash from them for my 1986 F350. I have seen their product and it looks really good.

Thanks. I had seen their products in JCWhitney. Didn't know if there was anything better out there or not.

Check with Ford. They still make the dash that came in your truck. They are still being used in the 98-99 F-800's. A friend of mine has one for work and the dash and door panels are the same as my 82. These are factory parts, so they should fit nicely.
