www.motorhaven.com - anyone selling for less than the price listed there is not a factory authorized dealer and there's no factory warranty on it.
I have emails from Diablo showing this. Dealers selling for less than that price are essentially being cut off (Diablo raises their price so high they can't afford to sell them anymore) and are selling the remainder of inventory.
Such dealers will not be able to provide service for the products because they won't have any to exchange if there is a problem. Diablo requires a copy of your receipt should you need service on the product so they can verify its from an authorized dealer. Lastly, each Predator has an internal serial number so they can trace which dealer it came from.
