not sure if I have the wire or not on my late '99 but did you try turning the lights on and seeing if you had power then? Also I know on mine when you turn the lights on you can pull the light switch out, just a thought!

I meant that mine has two wires coming out of the top of the plug. In other words it doesn't look like the pictures submitted. Imagine two wires coming out the top and going down in front of the battery. The pictures show a socket, mine has a plug in the socket with the wires going down in front of the battery.

It is an '02 F250 PSD CC SB 4X4. It has the factory fog lights. It has all the other whistles and bells, heated seats, back up alarm all that stuff. If I can I will trace the wires and see where they go.
