I think it depends on the build of the girl. My ex girlfriend was tiny, when I say that I mean she was 5'7 and weighed 97 pounds, but I forced her to gain 5 pounds. But I know some chicks that when they weigh 110 and are 5'7, they're not meaty but they have a nice healthy look to them. I think "meaty" is like you said about 130 lb.

It says that Evander Holyfield is obese.

Or, you can use those fun house mirrors that make you look either tall and thin or short and fat.

I agree women who are too skinny loose the curves that a women is suppose to have. As said a little meat on the bones didn't hurt anyone, it is very good.

Id say that it has a lot to do with height and build. Cup size and muscle mass can make a difference.
Id say that 5'5"-5'7" and 110-120 pounds is perfect, 100 pounds is skinny and 130 is a little on the thick side (but still not fat).
