I'm recalling off the top of my head, but I believe it is 84-87 Toyota 4x4 pickup. The conversion mounts and related parts are available from Mid Fifty and CCP. It is listed for a 54-56, but it will fit other years by redrilling the frame to match the mount bolt pattern. The steering shaft will need to be cut near the box and flats ground to fit a DD to Toy spline universal. Except for the U joint the conversion looks like it is OEM.

The toyota box is found on the 1980 to 1985 4x4's with solid front axles. In my case I couldn't mount it in the stock location due to interferance problems with my 500ci engine. I mounted it in front of the crossmember and engineer my own pitman arm and steering shaft. The toyota box is about the same size as the original manual Ford box.
Do a search on the internet, there are several sites detailing the installation of this box on old Ford trucks. There are also several companies that will sell you the complete kit, including the box.
Good luck
