f350 shocks

Can anyone suggest shocks for my 2002 f350 and why I should replace the factory ones. I have 91,000 miles on the truck.

I just replaced mine with Bilsteins, after seaching this site they seemed to be the best bet.

Why should you relace them?? I'm not sure about our trucks, but the shocks & struts that come from factory on most cars are only good for about 35k. So you are probably due. I had 105k on mine.
