Carb Identification
I have a carter afb. The guy I got it from said it was between a 600-650 cfm. How do I determine what cfm it is? Also it has manual secondaries, how can I stop them from opening to soon?

The number will be stamped on the front of the left flange as you face the carb. With that number you can either google it or give it back here and find out what it is. Find out what it is first and then we can address the secondaries.
