Question What should shift points and pressure be

Just installed a SCT 1715 on my 03 F-250 V-10. Don't really understand the concepts behind changing the shift points and shift pressure. Could you help me with understanding what I should be programming? I set it up for performance tow mode as I pull an 8000 pound fifth wheel. I thought I would have 87 octane tow mode as an option but really didn't look like I had that choice as I went through the install. Any help and advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

SCT = Superchips Custom Tuning
SCMT = Superchips Microtuner

Superchips and Superchips Custom Tuning are two different companies and SCT doesn't make a 1715. Just letting you know.

Did you get this unit from Motorhaven?

Sorry I should have been more specific. It is a Superchips MicroTuner and I purchased it from Casanova Speed Shack.

Unfortunately due to time constraints I can only provide service for my Superchips customers.

I suggest you contact your vendor and ask them to provide service for the product they sold. Only fair to expect the person who sold it to support it.
