My truck will all of the sudden start to miss. It seems to happen when I am idling
or let off the excelerator. It doesn't happen that much but throws ( P0273 Injector Circuit Low - Cylinder #5) when it does. Does this mean I need to replace the injector or it is electrical?

I'd check the most probable things first. This is the order I'd approach it:
1) Disconnect the wiring harness from the valve cover gasket on the back half of the passenger's side valve cover. Check the harness and valve cover, paying close attention to the pins in the connector. If any on those pins is damaged, and isn't making good contact with the valve cover gasket, you could have that problem. Specifically, the fourth pin from the left on the connector goes to your #5 injector, so that would likely be the one that I'd focus on especially.
2) If everything looks good there, I'd pull off the passenger's side valve cover, and examine the wiring harness inside the valve cover gasket, once again focusing on the internal wiring harness that connects to the third injector back on that side, #5. Check for burned connecters, or bent pins.
If I were a gambling man, I'd bet you find your problem in the wiring outlined above.
Good luck, and let us know what you find.
the harness is the problem it actually looks like it has melted on the last pin (one closes to the firewall) Hopefully i will just have to replace the harness and not the valve cover gasket connector. Thanks for the help
