Need help with tires
Putting a leveling kit in my 03 F-350 CC LB FX4, 2.5 in front and 1 inch rear. Need info on the widest & tallest tires I can use on the stock 7x16 inch rims, all season preferd. Where do you get best deal,internet?

Couple of months ago, I bought 4 tires at Costco and saved almost $100 over the best price I could find on the internet or at discount tire places. You can shop Costco on the web for a price and call the local store for pick up and installation.

Thanks RANGER, I dont think we have a Costco around here, any other sugestions on what are the biggest tires I can put on my truck?

Your closest Costco is in St. Cloud. Actually Waite Park but that is close enough to St. Cloud.
At least is was a Costco last time I was there.

Got my leveling kit in, looks awsome. Need some help here with tires, 305s,295s,285s?
somebody out there must have recomendations.

I am thinking of putting in a level kit also and I was going to go with the 305's. I did some reading and they should fit without rubbing (if you believe everything you read). I have a friend in Fla. with 305's on a stock F-250 and no level kit. They don't rub at all. Good luck.

Thanks HP, some people tell me I need 8 inch rims for 305s. I`m confused.

I'd say a minimum of 8" wheels for 305's, thay are 12" wide(section width). They are probably around 35" tall too.

285/75r16 is equivelent to a 33x10.50r16
305/70r16 is equivelent to a 33x12.50r16
315/75r16 is equivelent to a 35x12.50r16

Finally got my new tires & wheels, Dick Cepeck 35s & Micky Thompson 17x9 Classic locks....
Looks awsome!!!!
