35 inch tires on 7.5 wide rims?

looking for taller tires for 88 250hd. it is lifted to the point where 235 /85 / 16's are too small. the stock tires are supposed to be about 31.5 inches tall so perhaps 295 / 75 / 16's would be ok at about 33.5 inches. the problem is that i have 2 sets of aluminum rims that are 7.5 inches wide. all 35 inch tires i can find need 8 - 10 inch rims. any suggestions?

7.5" will take up to a 11.5" tire, nothing more.

Primary rig is Green Thunder:
95' F-150 XLT 4x4, 302, 5 spd, MSD 6A, Flowmaster Exhaust, Sunroof, Clear corners w/ Diamond headlights, CD player with 2 10" subs and some 32" BFG Muds .

Thats it for now, saving for a stang. Check out my Gallery for a look-see.

Look at the links in my signature. I had 36 inch Buck Shots on my 97 F350 with the stock 16x7 wheels.

I have 315/75/16 or 35x12.50x16 if you prefer on my 95 f350 crew cab stock 16x7 inch rims for 30,000 no problems, tires just wear a little differently on the narrow rim hope this helps
