I got 27,500 on my original BFG Rugged Trails.........
I have over 26000+ miles on mine and I should be able to go another 15000+
miles. Rotate and balance every oil change. It works for me. And I have never
had the front end alighned. Great driving truck!

I rotate and balance every other oil change. Also don't have the toys on the stock truck yet.Tuners, chips or such, but you guys are a bad influence and I am getting hungry for a taste of what a chip or tuner could do!
My current truck is a 2001 GMC 1500HD. When I bought it new I traded the tires for BFG AT's. I have 42,000 miles on it now and the tires probably have 10,000 miles left on them. Truck prior to that I had BFG Mud Terrains on it and traded it with 54,000 miles on them. I have owned 4 new trucks and always trade it in before I have to buy new rubber.
This will be my first ford when it arrives 4/4/05 F250 CC ranch king. I will probably run the Conti's until they need to be replaced and then look for something more aggressive. Hopefully I love this truck so much that I don't want to trade it in.

My problem is they are extremely soft, mine wore out twice as fast...........
I put BFG Mud Terrains on my '05 F350 4x4 CC, and they LOOK GREAT - 35x12.50x18, although they were pretty pricy at $1400 installed. I ran the same tires on my '01 F250 - 285/75R16 - and found they wear evenly and push through snow with absolutely no problems. I replaced them at about 25000 miles; but I do admit I probably replaced them earlier than I needed to - just to keep the look of the deep tread. ~~~~~TrekChick
