failed inspection due to headlight lenses..

where's the cheapest ones i can find now? i found 'em for 87 a pop at broncograveyard.com and these seem to be the cheapest with the corner lights/assembly..

I you're refering to "foggy" or cloudy lens, you might consider cleaning them.
I have used polishing compound and a clean cloth.
You want to go slowly and easily.
I've been told that some toothpastes work well, too.
You have nothing to lose.

Use a glass polish from the local auto store. I forget wahat brand I used but worked perfectly on my wife's explorer.

the fogginess is on the inside, i normally use a polish on the outside of the lense about once every 2 months...

thanks for the tips...

i see a pair on ebay, but am a little wary as they aren't new. i might as well and "pony up" for a pair of new ones. i'm semi-restoring the truck as i go along anyways!!

but thanks again, guys. i think these lights are just too far gone..

Someone posted that "FLIX"polishing compound works very well.
