I called a local machine shope and they said $36 for whatever I wanted made for U-Bolts. We don't have any off-road or spring shops where I live, very few ppl modify vehicles like I have or anyone on here does.

I got mine made at the driveline shop. $25 for all four rears. They do shafts, flywheels, brakes etc. They are also a big truck shop. They do most work on 18wheeler type trucks.

make sure you get the hi-nuts and thick washers

Try a 2wd F250 with the overload on top of the springs. It has a 1" spacer block and the leaf, which makes them about 1.5" longer than the standard 2wd u-bolts. Of course, new ones are probably the best way to go.
