pc-based OBD II/ CAN scan tool

Iam looking for a lap top based scan tool for my vehicles 2000 F-150, 1993 t-bird. And one that works with other makes for under $300.

I have the EASE diagnostics Personal edition from EASE diagnostics. It is about that pricerange. It not only draws codes but also allows you to store history on individual cars and show live graphed data while driving.
